what is a ‘5 min bake’ pizza?

It's a fully topped pizza...

that you need to bake (in an oven) for 5-7 min or until cheese melts. That’s it. We do all the work. Slow ferment the dough, bake it first (as it is a thick, bubbly dough that takes 20 min), then top it and send it to you. You store in the fridge, or you bake it and enjoy! There are 2 ways to bake it - in the oven or on the tawa. Check out the videos below.

In the video, you will notice that the sourdough bread, after fermenting for 24hr, is first baked, then topped & finally baked again.

when you order, we bake the sourdough bread, top it end-to-end and send it. You then bake it at home. We suggest 230c for 5-7 min in an oven (no microwave).

You can use a tawa with a lid as well:)

Naturally fermented sourdough pizza, made with just flour, water, and salt and fermented for over 24 hours, is easier to digest and has a lower glycemic impact than regular yeasted dough.
